free products
Free products cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a free file is broken, tell us at support@ulucfx.com and we will fix it.
paid products
If a paid product is defective, does not work with the app version listed on its page, or is clearly not what the page described, write to support@ulucfx.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or refund you in full.
change of mind
Our products are digital files delivered right away and cannot be returned. Once a file is downloaded, we do not refund a change of mind, unless the law in your country gives you that right. Rights you have under mandatory consumer law are not affected by this page.
how to ask
Email support@ulucfx.com with your order email and the product name, and describe what went wrong. A screenshot of the error helps. We answer within 48 hours.
how refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar. Banks can take several days to show them.
chargebacks
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve problems faster than the dispute process.
