who we are
ulucfx is a personal brand run by an individual video editor based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This site sells digital products for video editors: presets, plugins, sound effects and assets. Contact: support@ulucfx.com.
what you are buying
Each product page states what you get: the file type, the app and version it is made for, and the price in US dollars. Products are digital files delivered right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
payments
Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your receipt, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and processes your payment. We never see or store your card details. Polar's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout.
delivery
After a successful payment, the download is available on the checkout confirmation page and in the email receipt from Polar. If you did not get the file within a few minutes, write to support@ulucfx.com with your order email.
your license
Using a product is governed by the license page. In short: you can use it in your own and your clients' videos, you cannot resell or share the files.
acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute or upload our files to other marketplaces, file-sharing sites or free-download sites. Do not use our products in content that is unlawful. We may withdraw access to files for customers who break these rules, with a refund where it applies.
no guarantee of fit
We test products on the app versions listed on each page. Software changes, so we cannot promise a product works on versions or setups we did not list. If it does not work as described, see the refund policy.
liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
